PARTI DI RICAMBIO HP ORIGINALI "NUOVE" O "EQUIVALENTI ALLE NUOVE" (ETN)

Il ricambio delle parti originali HP ed il servizio di Exchange (TAE: Trade Advance Exchange) sono basati sull'ordine di parti di ricambio "nuove" o "equivalenti alle nuove" (ETN). Le parti equivalenti (ETN) vengono ottenute da processi di riparazione, ricondizionamento, ripristino, riciclo ed altro.

Le parti equivalenti (ETN) sono aggiornate all'ultimo livello di rilascio che le rende compatibili con le più nuove versioni dei prodotti HP. Inoltre sono pienamente testate utilizzando gli stessi standard, o superiori, usati per le parti nuove.

Quanto detto rende le parti totalmente compatibili per forma e funzione con le parti nuove. HP garantisce lo stesso livello di qualità sulle parti nuove originali come su quelle equivalenti alle nuove e fornisce le stesse condizioni di garanzia.

IMPORTANTE

Poiché le parti di ricambio nuove e quelle equivalenti alle nuove sono pienamente garantite da HP, né HP né i suoi Partner autorizzati sono obbligati a cambiare parti equivalenti alle nuove con parti nuove.

HP è obbligata solamente a cambiare una parte in caso di funzionamento difettoso così come previsto nella politica di garanzia delle parti di ricambio HP.

Genuine HP Replacement Parts Quality Statement “New” or “Equivalent To New” (ETN)

Genuine HP Replacement Parts and Trade Advance Exchange TAE  Services are based on “NEW” or “EQUIVALENT TO NEW” (ETN) replacement parts order fulfillment.

ETN Replacement Parts are obtained through the HP Supply Chain by repair, refurbishment, restore, recycling, etc. of Genuine HP Replacement Parts.

All HP ETN Replacement Parts are updated to the latest engineering level in our repair lines, making them compatible with the latest version of any HP product; the Replacement Parts are fully tested using the same or higher test standards than used for new Replacement Parts.

Genuine HP ETN Replacement Parts are fully compatible in function & form to any Genuine HP Replacement Parts.

HP guarantees the same quality level on “New” or “Equivalent To New” Replacement Parts and gives therefore the same warranty condition.

Important

As all New and ETN rReplacement Parts are fully warranted by HP, neither HP nor its authorized partners are under any obligation to exchange ETN Replacement Parts for New Parts.

HP is only obligated to exchange parts in the case of parts being declared defective in performance as per the HP Replacement Parts Warranty Policy.
